Comfort Aire is a subsidiary of Heat Controller Inc. They were established in 1955. Heat Controller's head office is in Jackson Michigan. Since day-one, Comfort Air has manufactured their air conditioners in Jackson, Michigan - and they still do to this day. This makes them one of the few air conditioner manufactures to make their products in the United States and not in China. They also offer a very generous 5 year warranty on parts.
