The Amana PTH073G35AXXX offers 7600 BTUs of cooling capacity and also has a 6800 BTU heat pump as well as 3.0 / 3.5 kW of electric heat. Amana’s advanced condensate dispersion system allows for optimum cooling efficiency with minimum condensate run-off. The built-in 30-second fan-off delay gives you added cooling efficiency. The unit uses the fan to disperse the heated or cooled air back into the room once the compressor stops, rather than leaving the conditioned air on the coils.

Each unit also comes equipped with Room Freeze Protection that activates the fan motor and the electric resistance heater when the PTAC senses temperatures of 40°F or below.

To help reduce cooling costs, Amana PTAC units feature higher moisture removal capabilities (1.7 pints per hour), which helps to maintain cooler room temperatures and lower humidity levels without overcooling the space.
